Delivering on Our Promises

It is only the first quarter of 2016 and it has already been an eventful year for us.

I am happy to announce that we have successfully turned over to the condominium corporation the property management of The Courtyards in Cagayan de Oro.

We are also setting the mechanism in place for the turnover of our other house and lots in CDO very soon.

In Cebu, we are scheduled to turn over the open spaces of La Aldea del Rio to the Homeowners Association (HOA).

Pueblo de Oro is also organizing the HOAs in our Luzon projects, and we will eventually turn over the open spaces and the management of the villages to them. This includes the newly inaugurated clubhouses, basketball courts and playgrounds in Horizon Residences Pampanga and Park Place Batangas.

Aside from the completion of the amenities in our various subdivisions, we are set to complete and turnover our first mid rise condominium project, Familia Apartments in CDO, by this April.

As responsible developers, we aim to deliver quality, sustainable projects that uphold the wellbeing of our residents, locators and stakeholders. To this end, we are involved in a wide spectrum of responsibilities: from designing attractive, well-built developments replete with facilities and amenities, bringing these plans to fruition, and laying the concrete groundwork for successful, self-sustaining communities. Our efforts are now bearing fruit, and I am happy to say that Pueblo de Oro is delivering on its promise to our clients. Government agencies such as the Home Development Mutual Fund (HDMF) or PagIBIG has even taken notice as it awarded us the Top Developer in the Visayas region for 2015 last January 26.

In other matters, we are also looking forward to adding to our lineup of quality subdivisions. We have a number of new projects in the works, and are teeming with ideas and plans to come up with premium housing projects and developments that live up to the standards Pueblo de Oro has cultivated these past 20 years.

Moving forward, we would like to express our gratitude for the remarkable contributions of our residents. It is through the dedicated and concerted efforts of the Pueblo de Oro community that we have been able to establish these thriving subdivisions and uphold the quality of life in our prime developments.
