Believe It, Do It
When we select a site for our projects, we don’t just pick at random; rather, we choose to locate in cities that we believe in.
When we began our first project in Cagayan de Oro (CdO) in the mid-90s, we saw it as a city with huge potential. With its natural deep water port and road linkages, Cdo serves as a natural gateway to Mindanao. Today, the economy of CdO has been growing by leaps and bounds. CdO has been recognized two years in a row as among the country’s Top Most Competitive Cities, even topping the list in 2013.
We built our Township not in the center of town, but on a plateau overlooking downtown CdO. This created a new growth area which quickly became populated with homes and businesses as the Pueblo de Oro Township became CdO’s most desirable address. We employed a similar approach when we started expanding outside CdO. Our next project was in Lapu-lapu City, Mactan, Cebu. Our Pueblo de Oro Cebu Project is near the Mactan Cebu International Airport and Cebu Light Industrial Park. Cebu is the second largest metropolis of the country, second only to Metro Manila.
We did the same thing with our Luzon projects. Like CdO, San Fernando, Pampanga has a strong middle class. It is strategically located in the heart of Central Luzon within the Manila-Clark-Subic Economic Triangle and its economic vibe is pushing it to grow into an agro-industrial-commercial metropolis. For its part, Pueblo de Oro Batangas is located in Sto. Tomas, the gateway to the province of Laguna. The site is easily accessible via the SLEX, and due to the numerous industrial estates in the vicinity, the demand for residential housing in the area is on an upsurge. While not part of Metro Manila, Sto. Tomas is part of Metro Manila’s conurbation which reaches as far south as Lipa City.
Our belief in the cities we invest in inspires us to develop premium products that live up to our gold standard in community living. We aim to produce the best value residential communities and support infrastructure, such as recreational and commercial facilities, for various segments of the market in the regional growth areas of the country. To do this, we meticulously look into every detail of our subdivisions and model units – from the planning stage to construction, sales, turnover and even post sale – to ensure that we have a housing package that our clients would be proud to own. They deserve nothing less.
