Pueblo Pampanga Doubles Sales Targets for 1Q 2016

Pueblo de Oro Pampanga logged an outstanding first quarter for 2016 with sales reaching 200% over target. The impressive sales performance was attributed to the appeal of the new single-attached Park Place units. Buyers were also drawn to the Pueblo Pampanga’s special preview units, which are dressed-up units that stand as actual deliverable units.

To recognize the success of the sales team, Pueblo Pampanga threw a thanksgiving lunch with its top sellers last April 14, 2016 at Tabehoudai Restaurant in San Fernando, Pampanga.

Meanwhile, Pueblo Pampanga is also actively seeking out new sellers to join its winning team. It held a Sellers Invitational Fair last May 11 to invite recent passers of the broker exam as well as to reactivate brokers who have been lying low. The event was highlighted by inspirational testimonials from top sellers Cynthia Bautista of CAB Realty and Remigio Guevarra Jr. of Gueshaus Realty. Mr. Guevarra also shared his experiences as a seller, starting from site tripping using his own tricycle to now owning three vehicles plus being a Pueblo de Oro Homeowner himself. The event was preceded by a special site orientation on May 21, 2016.
