Pueblo CDO is Multi-Awarded by Pag-IBIG

Pueblo de Oro Development Corp. (PDO), was named among the Top Ten Housing Developers for 2018 during the Mindanao leg of the Pag-IBIG Fund’s Stakeholders Accomplishment Report (StAR) Awards held last April 26, 2019 at the Xavier Estates Sports & Country Club.
The StAR Awards acknowledges stakeholders and developers who have contributed to Pag-IBIG’s outstanding performance in the past year.
According to Pag-IBIG CEO Acmad Rizaldy P. Moti, “Last year, Pag-IBIG broke records by earning P33.17 billion in net income, releasing P75.31 billion in home loans and disbursing P49.23 billion in short-term loans. Loan payment collections were also at its highest at P55.73 billion for housing loans and P53.21 billion for short term loans and stakeholders all played significant roles in achieving such feats.”
Meanwhile, Pag-IBIG Deputy CEO for Home Lending Operations Marilene C. Acosta reported that 2018 saw the growth in the number of housing loans was 16% higher than the past year. Acosta also noted Cagayan de Oro’s economic growth and rapid urbanization drew settlers in need of housing.
During the StAR Awards, PDO was also awarded a special citation for Best in Conversion Performance for 2018. The company was recognized by Pag-IBIG in Mindanao, where it owns and develops a 400-hectare township in Cagayan de Oro. Pueblo de Oro Batangas and Cebu are already among the Fund’s top developers in the Visayas and in South Luzon in terms of housing loan deliveries.
