PUEBLO DE ORO DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION

We are committed to providing a world-class, all-weather championship golf course to our members and guests. To achieve this, we shall:
  1. Ensure that our members' and guests' needs and expectations are determined, understood, and met;
  2. Operate and maintain a well-managed golf course comparable to the best golf courses in the country;
  3. Ensure that the clubhouse and other facilities are managed efficiently and effectively;
  4. Provide the necessary personnel to perform various services and activities of the golf course and club;
  5. Promote manually supportive relationships with our host communities;
  6. Comply with relevant government laws and regulations associated with the development and operation of a golf course and club, and with other standards to which our organization subscribes;
  7. Implement a well-defined quality management system complying with ISO 9001:2000, providing a framework for establishing and reviewing quality objectives, and enhance this through continual improvement; and
  8. Communicate this quality policy to all of our employees, suppliers, members, and guests.
