Pueblo De Oro

After two solid decades in the real estate industry, more than 7,600 happy families, several awards and citations from reputable housing associations, and expansion to four other strategic locations in the country, namely: Cagayan de Oro (CDO), Cebu, Batangas and Pampanga, Pueblo de Oro Development Corporation brings the gold standard in community living to the socialized housing market.

In keeping with its social initiatives, Pueblo de Oro addresses the housing demands of Kagay-anons by launching Familia Apartments in January 2015 as the first condominium-type socialized housing project within the 360-hectare Pueblo de Oro Township in CDO.

Pueblo de Oro held the Blessing and Ceremonial Turnover for Familia Apartments Building A on June 10, 2016. The activity commenced with a blessing led by Monsignor Florencio Salvador followed by a Symbolic Key Turnover to the first homeowners of Familia Apartments. Homeowner representative Alden A.Cruz gave a short message acknowledging their acceptance of the
building.

Among the special guests during the event was HDMF Pag-IBIG Housing Business Center Department Manager Reynaldo P. Cue, National Housing Authority Regional Director Engr. Judy A. Fernandez, Multi-Task Force on Shelter and Housing Development Head Ramon Fernandez, and Ermin Pimentel representing Cagayan de Oro City Mayor Oscar S. Moreno.

Conveniently located along PN Roa Avenue (Macapagal Drive), the one-hectare project with seven proposed buildings offers affordable yet quality development to families and young professionals.

Aside from providing best- in-class housing projects to the affordable market, Pueblo de Oro also takes pride in Familia Apartments as this innovative project is considered a pioneering socialized housing project in CDO. Some of its sustainable features include an automatic water sprinkler system, overhead water tank, dual septic vault, and sewage treatment facility that ensures safety and contributes to the homeowners’ improved quality of life.

Familia Apartments offers economic and socialized housing units with floor areas ranging from 23 to 34 sq.m. complemented by a multi-purpose hall, picnic tables and benches, park with playground equipment, and a parking area.

To date, Building A of Familia Apartments is at 98% completion with all units sold out, another testimony to buyers trust on the product and company.
