The launching of the brand new Park Place clubhouses marks a new milestone for Pueblo de Oro Development Corporation as it unveils its latest amenity for its over 200 excited house and lot owners of Park Place Batangas and Pampanga. The launches were held on the 26-hectare prime residential community of Pueblo de Oro Pampanga and 24-hectare Pueblo Batangas last October 24 and November 7, 2015, respectively.
Both launches were well attended by brokers, residents and local government officials. Wellwishers during the Pampanga launch were Del Carmen Barangay Captain Arsenio Feliciano and some members of the Sanguniang Barangay. On the other hand, Batangas 3rd District Representative Sonny P. Collantes and his Chief of Staff Attorney King George Leandro A. Collantes graced the Batangas launch.

Inspired by the Modern Asian-style houses of Park Place Batangas and Pampanga, the clubhouses each have a floor area of 212 sq.m. and feature a main lounge, a private conference room, a service kitchen and an outdoor patio that are perfect for private events and special occasions. To address the needs of its growing communities, more amenities are currently underway for Pueblo’s Luzon projects starting with Park Place’s basketball court, which is scheduled to be completed by first quarter of 2016.
